This was a fun race. The terrain was rolling hills on the road through historic and modern neighborhoods. I beat my previous time of 32:02 at the Herndon Festival 5K on June 4th.

My friend Jessica from work raced with me and she did pretty good too. I don't have any pictures of me running because no one came to see us race :( That is the problem with early races - spectators don't want to get up that early, but us racers don't want to run in the heat of the day.
